Ingredients
  • 2 Quarts Beef Stock
  • 2 Tablespoons Salt
  • 3 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
  • 1 Small Turnip -- Chopped
  • 1 Bunch Scallion -- Chopped
  • 1 Cup French-Style Green Beans
  • 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
Directions Place all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve.
