Ingredients

- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 3 Medium Onion -- chopped
- 3 Stalks Celery -- chopped
- 4 Large Chicken Breast -- stripped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 10 Medium Tomatoes -- chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Green Beans
- 1 Cup Peas
- 1 Cup Fordhook Lima Beans
- 1 Pound Mostaccioli -- cooked
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro -- chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Harissa

Directions
|
saute onion and celery in oil in a large pot. add chicken and brown. season with cayenne, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, lemon juice, beans, peas, and limas. transfer to baking dish. cover and cook in 325 degree oven for 40 minutes. stir in pasta, cilantro and harissa. stir well and serve.
