Ingredients

- 12 Ounces Peas
- 12 Ounces Corn
- 4 Cups Mashed Potates
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 3 Pounds Fillet Mignon -- Cubed
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 6 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 Cups Onion Soup

Directions
|
Mix together mashed potatoes with corn, peas, butter, salt and pepper. Saute meat in oil until browned. Remove steak and add flour to the oil. Make a light brown roux. Add onion soup mixture and simmer for 5 minutes. Place a mound of potatoes on the place, cover with steak and gravy. Serve.
