Ingredients

- 1 Pound Beef -- cubed
- 4 Medium Chiles -- finely chopped
- 1 Medium Onion -- finely chopped
- 2 Medium Tomatoes -- finely chopped
- 1 Can Tomato Paste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 2 Cans Beef Stock
- Rice -- cooked

Directions

Beef stock and beef to boil. Lower heat, simmer 20 minutes. Add remaning ingredients. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
