African - Somalian Crabmeat Stew

Ingredients

- 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Pounds Crabmeat
- 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped

Directions
|
Saute onions, curry powder, ginger, salt, and red pepper in oil for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Add crab and saute for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
