- 1 Can Red Beans
- 1 Large Onion -- chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Medium Tomatoes -- chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions
|
saute onions and garlic in oil until onion is transparent. add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
