Ingredients

- 1/2 Cup Peanut Oil
- 1 Pound Beef -- cubed
- 2 Medium Tomatoes -- chopped
- 2 Medium Onions -- chopped
- 3 Medium Jalapeno -- chopped
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Pound Fresh Spinach -- chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger -- finely chopped

Directions

Brown meat in oil Add tomatoes, onions, jalepenos, saute 5 minutes. Add water, cover and simmer 45 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, cover cook 20 more minutes. More water may be needed..
