Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Oil
  • 1 Pound Beef -- cubed
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes -- chopped
  • 2 Medium Onions -- chopped
  • 3 Medium Jalapeno -- chopped
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Pound Fresh Spinach -- chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger -- finely chopped
Directions Brown meat in oil
Add tomatoes, onions, jalepenos, saute 5 minutes.
Add water, cover and simmer 45 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, cover cook 20 more minutes. More water may be needed..
Serves 4
