Ingredients
|
- 6 Ounces Olive Oil
- 8 Cloves Garlic
- 4 Medium Onions -- chopped
- 1 Piece Ginger Root -- grated
- 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 2 Cubes Chicken Bouillon
- 5 Ounces Shrimp -- peeled & deveined
- 3 1/2 Ounces Chili Powder

Directions
|
1. Saute garlic onions & ginger 10 minutes in the oil. 2. Stir in tomato paste, crush cubes and add in, undissolved. 3. Add shrimp, chili powder. 4. Cook until shrimp turns pink.
