African   -   East African And Chickpea Olive Bread (Somalia)   adapted from Ethnic Breads

Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
  • 2 1/4 Cups Bread Flour
  • 1 Cup Chickpea Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Chickpea Flour
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper -- or cayenne
  • 3/4 Cup Onions -- chopped
  • 1 1/2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Green Olives -- chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Water
Directions Add all ingredients in bread machine according to manuals instructions. Process using bread cycle.
