Ingredients

- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 8 Pounds Chicken -- In Large Pieces

Directions
|
Combine all ingredients but chicken. Mix well and rub over the chicken. Barbecue or broil until done. Baste occasionally. Serve with rice.
