Ingredients
|
- 3 Pounds Chicken -- Cubed
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 Cans Tomatoes -- Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Sherry
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- Rice Or Mashed Potatoes -- Cooked

Directions

Saute chicken in butter until browned. Add onion and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes. Add flour. Stir well. Add tomatoes, sherry, salt and red pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
