Ingredients
|
- 2 Pounds Lamb -- or beef cubed
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Medium Onion -- chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Allspice
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 Cup Tomato Paste
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Dry Red Wine
- Rice

Directions
|
brown lamb or beef in butter until browned. add onions and saute until golden. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. serve over rice.
