Australian - Fish In Coconut Milk (Sydney)

Ingredients

- 4 Large White Fish -- fillets
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Ghee
- 1 Large Onion -- thinly sliced
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger -- finely chopped
- 3 Large Jalapeno -- finely chopped
- 1 1/2 Cups Coconut Milk
- 1 Lemon Lemon Juice

Directions

Rub fish with turmeric and salt. Saute in ghee: onion, garlic, ginger and jalepenos, 10 minutes. Dive coconout milk in 1/2. Dillute 1/2 with water, add thsi dilluted milk to onions, bring to simmer. Add fish, cook 10 minutes. Add remaining milk, heat through, add lemon juice and serve.+
