Australian   -   Trout With Macadamia Nuts   adapted from Good Food from Australia by Betsy and Graeme Newman

  • 4 Large Trout Fillet
  • Flour
  • Pepper -- To Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Ounces Macadamia Nuts -- Chopped
  • 4 Sprigs Parsley -- Chopped
Directions Coat fish with flour and pepper. Melt butter in pan and saute nuts for 2 minutes. Remove nuts and pat with paper towels. Add fish and saute for 5 minutes per side. Remove from pan, squeeze on lemon juice. Sprinkle with nuts and parsley and serve.
