Australian - Trout With Macadamia Nuts

Ingredients

- 4 Large Trout Fillet
- Flour
- Pepper -- To Taste
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
- 2 Ounces Macadamia Nuts -- Chopped
- 4 Sprigs Parsley -- Chopped
|

Directions
|
Coat fish with flour and pepper. Melt butter in pan and saute nuts for 2 minutes. Remove nuts and pat with paper towels. Add fish and saute for 5 minutes per side. Remove from pan, squeeze on lemon juice. Sprinkle with nuts and parsley and serve.
