Australian   -   Zucchini Burgers   adapted from Good Food from Australia by Betsy and Graeme Newman

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Large Zucchini -- Grated
  • 1 Small Onion -- Grated
  • 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 Medium Egg
  • Hamburger Buns
  • Lettuce, Tomato, Onions -- For Garnish
Directions Combine beef, zucchini, onion, soy sauce, ginger and egg. Shape into patties. Saute in frying pan or over the grill. Serve on toasted buns garnish with lettuce, tomato and onions.
