Ingredients

- 1 Cup Apricot Jam
- 2 Tablespoons Dark Rum
- 2 Tablespoons Cognac
- Crepes
- Powdered Sugar -- for dusting
|

Directions
|
In pan over medium, warm the jam with the rum and cognac. Spread over a warm crepe and roll it up. Sprinkle with sugar and serve.
