Austrian   -   Austrian Crepes   adapted from Viennese Cuisine

  • 1 3/4 Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 3 Medium Eggs
  • Oil -- for frying
Directions Whisk the flour, milk, sugar and salt until smooth. Then whisk in the eggs. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat and pour in 4 tablespoons of batter. Allow to brown slightly, turn and brown the other side. Remove and continue until batter is gone.
