Austrian   -   Hazelnut Cheesecake (Austria)   adapted from ethnic cuisine

  • 1/2 Cup Hazelnuts -- toasted & chopped
  • 1 9" Graham Cracker Crumbs -- deep dish
  • 1 Pound Cream Cheese -- softened
  • 3 Medium Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/3 Cup Hazelnut Liquer -- (Franjelica)
Directions Combine in food processor; all but nuts. Puree. Pour into pie shell. Sprinklke nuts over top. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. Chill before serving.
