Asian - Asian Pasta Primavera

Ingredients

- 1 Pound Lo Mein Noodles
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Chicken Bouillon Granules
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Fermented Black Beans -- rinsed and chopped
- 1/4 Cup Ginger Root -- chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic -- crushed
- 2 Teaspoons Chile Puree With Garlic
- 2 Medium Red Bell Pepper -- chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 3/4 Pound Pea Pods
- 1/2 Pound Mushrooms -- sliced

Directions
|
Mix water, cornstarch, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, bouillon, and pepper. Heat skillet. add beans, ginger root, puree, garlic and bell pepper. cook until tender. add vinegar, pea pods and water mixture, cook for 4 minutes. cook noodles as directed and toss with sesame oil. then add noodles to skillet and toss until well coated.
