Asian - Beef And Radish Soup (Faktu) (Tibet)

Ingredients

- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Pound Sirloin Tip Roast, Trimmed -- cubed
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger -- finely chopped
- 3 Cups Water
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Cups Pasta Shells -- small
- 2 Cups Daikon -- sliced
- 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch -- dissolved in
- 1 Tablespoon Water

Directions
|
Heat oil in saucepan, and fry beef and ginger for 3 minutes. Add water, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add pasta, and daikon. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add cornstarch mixture and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve.
