Asian   -   Hot & Peppery Cocktail Shrimp   adapted from unknown

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Pounds Raw Shrimp -- peeled & deveined
  • 3 Medium Green Onions -- chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Asian Hot Sauce
  • 2 Cloves Garlic -- chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Sesame Oil
Directions Mix all ingredients but oil in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours. Heat oven to 400* spray rectangular pan with non-stick spray, arrange shrimp in a single layer. Bake uncovered 12 minutes. Drizzle with sesame oil.
Serves 12
