Asian - Sesame Seed Chicken

Ingredients

- 1 Fryer cut up (or pieces)
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 Cube (1/2 cup) margarine
- 1 Cup Flour
- Dunking stuff:
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame see
- 1 Egg
- 2 Teaspoons Paprika
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- Flour mixture:

Directions

From: Marcy Moreno Courtesy of Donna Ransdell Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Dip chicken pieces in milk and egg mixture, then in flour mixture. (I use a paper/plastic bag to shake the flour mixture on, says Marcy.) Place coated chicken in melted butter. Bake at 350 F for 30 min., then turn chicken and bake for another 30 minutes.
