Asian - Stir Fried Chicken And Ginger Noodles

Ingredients

- 1 1/4 Pounds Boneless Chicken -- sliced
- 1/4 Teaspoon 5 Spice Powder
- 1 Clove Garlic -- minced
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons Peanut Oil
- 2 Teaspoons Ginger Root -- grated
- 1 Red Bell Pepper -- chopped
- 1/4 Pound Broccoli -- chopped
- 1/2 Pound Egg Noodles -- cooked & drained
- 2/3 Cup Water
- 1 Tablespoon Sherry
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 6 Green Onions -- chopped

Directions
|
1. Cut chicken into thin strips, combine with 5 spice pwoder, garlic and sesame oil in a bowl. 2. Heal oil in wok and add chicken. Stir fry utnil lightly browned and tender. 3. Stir in gingerrroot, pepper and brocoli, stir fry 1 minutes. 4. Add water, sherry, oyster sauce and soy sauce blended with cornstarch. Stir until mixture boils and thickens. 5. Toss with noodles and serve.
