Algerian   -   Algerian Couscous   adapted from The African News Cookbook

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Breast -- cubed
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Medium Onion -- sliced
  • 1 Large Tomato -- chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • 1 Stick Cinnamon
  • 1 Can Chick Peas
  • 1 Package Couscous
Directions Saute all but couscous and chickpeas, until chicken is dkone. Add chick peas, simmer until warmed thorugh. Serve mixed together with prepared coucous. Seve.
