Ingredients

- 2 Pounds Chicken Breast -- cubed
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Saffron
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 1 Bunch Cilantro -- chopped
- 1/2 Pound Greek Olives
- 1 Lemon Lemon Juice

Directions
|
Brown chicken in oil. Add garlic and spices. Saute 10 minutes. Add 1 cup water and simmer until chicken is tender. Add olives and lemon juice, simmer 8 minutes. Serve over rice or couscous
