Belgian   -   Belgian Almond Bread   adapted from Ethnic Breads

Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
  • 3 Cups Bread Flour
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Ground Almonds
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Orange Peel -- grated
  • 1 Cup Water
Directions Place all ingredients in bread machine according to manual instructions. Process using bread cycle.
