Belgian   -   Brussel Sprouts In Sour Cream (Belgium)   adapted from unknown

  • 1 1/2 Pounds Brussel Sprouts
  • 3 Slices Bacon -- crumbled
  • 1 Large Onion -- chopped
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
Directions Fry bacon, saute onion, add to cooked sprouts, mix in remaining ingredients and serve warm.
