Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Beef Stock
  • 2 Pounds Beef Round -- cubed
  • 3 Medium Yellow Onion -- chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley -- chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Savory
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Pepper -- to taste
  • 6 Slices Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Prepared Mustard
Directions saute beef, onions and garlic until beef is brown on all sides. add stock and vinegar, bring to a simmer. transfer to baking dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. add remaining ingredients and bake for 30 more minutes.
