Ingredients
|
- 2 Cups Beef Stock
- 2 Pounds Beef Round -- cubed
- 3 Medium Yellow Onion -- chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley -- chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Savory
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- Pepper -- to taste
- 6 Slices Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tablespoons Prepared Mustard

Directions
|
saute beef, onions and garlic until beef is brown on all sides. add stock and vinegar, bring to a simmer. transfer to baking dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. add remaining ingredients and bake for 30 more minutes.
