Ingredients

- 1 Pound Mixed Mushrooms -- any kind
- 5 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Shallots -- finely chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Fines Herbes
|

Directions
|
Wash and clean the mushrooms and chop into chunks. Melt the butter in a large skillet over high heat. Add shallots and cook stirring until soft but not brown. add mushrooms and saute them quickly until lightly browned. This should take about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with fines herbes. Serve.
