Belgian - Celery Root And Potato Puree

Ingredients

- 1 Pound Celeriac -- peeled and cubed
- 3 Medium Idaho Potatoes -- peeled and cubed
- 1 Cup Milk
- Salt -- to taste
- 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Half And Half
- Pepper -- to taste
- Nutmeg -- to taste

Directions

In saucepan, combine celeriac, potatoes, milk and salt. Add enough cold water to cover. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Drain. Mash celeriac and potates with the butter and half and half. Season with salt,pepper and nutmeg. Serve.
