Ingredients

- 3 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1 Bunch Scallion -- Chopped
- 2 Medium Carrots -- Sliced
- 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Jicama -- Chopped
- 6 Ounces French-Style Green Beans
- 3 Stalks Celery -- Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley -- Chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Serve.
