Ingredients
  • 3 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 Bunch Scallion -- Chopped
  • 2 Medium Carrots -- Sliced
  • 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
  • 1 Medium Jicama -- Chopped
  • 6 Ounces French-Style Green Beans
  • 3 Stalks Celery -- Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley -- Chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Directions Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Serve.
