Aztec - Mazatles

Ingredients

- 1 Pound Beef -- Cubed
- 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Bell Pepper -- Chopped
- 3 Stalks Celery -- Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Beef Broth
- 1/4 Cup Molasses
- 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cilantro
- 1/2 Teaspoon Basil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 12 Large Flour Tortilla

Directions
|
Saute meat, onion, garlic, pepper and celery in oil unti meat is well browned. Add broth, molasses and spices. Simmer for 20 minutes. Spread some of the meat mixture onto a tortilla. Roll up and eat.
