Aztec   -   Turkey Tortilla Rolls   adapted from The Aztec Way by Sonja Atkinson

  • 1 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes -- Chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Salsa
  • 2 Tablespoons Masa Harina
  • 2 Cups Turkey Breast -- Shredded And Cooked
  • 1 Dozen Flour Tortilla
Directions Combine broth, tomato, salt, and salsa. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add masa harina, stir well. Add turkey and heat through. Place some of the turkey mixture into a tortilla. Roll and serve.
