Brazilian - Brazilian Rice (Arroz Brasileiro)

Ingredients
|
- 2 Cups Rice -- Uncooked
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Medium Onion -- Finely Chopped
- 1 Large Tomato -- Chopped
- 2 Cups Boiling Water
- 1 Teaspoon Salt

Directions
|
Saute onion in oi until browned. Add rice and saute for 5 minutes. Add tomato and saute for 3 minutes. Pour in water and salt. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 25 minutes.
