Brazilian   -   Coquetel De Camarao (Shrimp Cocktail)   adapted from Tasting Brazil by Jessica Harris

  • 1/3 Cup Plain Lowfat Yogurt
  • 1 Small Onion -- finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Horseradish -- grated
  • 1 Small Jalapeno -- finely chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • 1 Pound Jumbo Bay Shrimp -- cooked
Directions Mix all ingredients except the shrimp together in a small bowl. When ready to serve, place sauce in middle of a platter and arrange shrimp around.
