Brazilian   -   Corn And Watercress Soup   adapted from Brazilian Cookery by Margarette De Andrade

  • 4 Cups Beef Stock
  • 1 Teaspoon Marjoram
  • 1 Bunch Parsley -- Chopped
  • 2 Cups Corn
  • 1 Bunch Watercress -- Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 1 Medium Hard Boiled Egg -- Garnish
Directions combine all ingredients, except egg. simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with a slice of hard boiled egg floating on top.
