Brazilian - Couscous With Chicken

Ingredients

- 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Peel -- grated
- 1 Medium Onion -- finely chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 3 Pounds Chicken Breast
- Couscous -- cooked

Directions
|
Combine all ingredients excect couscous in large pot. Simmer for 1 hour. Prepare couscous and arrange chicken over. Pour sauce over and serve.
