Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Smoked Shrimp -- optional
  • 1 Pound Medium Shrimp -- cooked
  • 3 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 2 Medium Onions -- chopped
  • 4 Large Jalapeno -- chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Cilantro -- chopped
  • 3 Pounds Spinach -- shredded
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Pound Crab Meat
  • 1 Large Tomato -- chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil -- mixed with
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Directions Put smoked shrim, garlic, onions, pepers and cilantro in food processor and grind to fine paste. Cook spinach 5 minutes. Add shrimp paste to spniach, set aside. In heave skillet, heat olive oil, Add crab end cook unitl browned. Add cooked shrimp and heat through. Add spinach mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients, cook 2 minutes.
