Ingredients

- 1 Medium Acorn Squash -- Chopped
- 2 Medium Sweet Potato -- Chopped
- 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 6 Cups Beef Broth
- 1/2 Cup Rice
- 1 Medium Bay Leaf
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1/2 Bunch Parsley -- Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Onion Powder

Directions

Combine all ingredeints. Simmer 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve.
