Brazilian - Sausages And Lentils

Ingredients

- 1 Pound Spanish Sausages -- Sliced
- 1 Cup Lentils -- Cooked
- 1 Medium Onion -- Sliced
- 1 Clove Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Bell Pepper -- Chopped
- 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste

Directions
|
Saute sausages for about 5 minutes. Drain off all but 2 tablespoons of oil. Add lentils, onion, garlic and bell pepper. Saute for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve over rice.
