Bulgarian - Barbecued Sausages (Kebabcheta)

Ingredients

- 3 Pounds Ground Beef
- 2 Medium Onion -- finely chopped
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 1 Cup Parsley -- finely chopped
- 3/4 Cup Water

Directions
|
Mix all ingredients in large bowl and refrigerate for 24 hours. When ready to grill, roll into small sausage shapes. Grill until the juices run clear.
