Bulgarian   -   Barbecued Sausages (Kebabcheta)   adapted from Bulgarian Rhapsody By Linda Joyce Forristal

  • 3 Pounds Ground Beef
  • 2 Medium Onion -- finely chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 Cup Parsley -- finely chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Water
Directions Mix all ingredients in large bowl and refrigerate for 24 hours. When ready to grill, roll into small sausage shapes. Grill until the juices run clear.
