Bulgarian - Gorski Kebab (Ranger's Delight)

Ingredients
|
- 1 Pound Mutton -- Cubed
- 2 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Mint
- 1 Clove Garlic -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 1 Cup White Wine
- 1 Can Tomato Paste
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Parsley -- Chopped

Directions
|
Marinate meat with onions, mint, garlic, salt, pepper, wine and tomato paste for 3 hours. Remove meat from marinade, save marinate. Saute meat in butter until well browned. Add marinade, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with rice or pasta.
