Bulgarian - Haiduski Kebab (Mutton With Mushrooms)

Ingredients
|
- 2 Pounds Mutton -- Cubed
- 3 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 2 Cans Tomatoes -- Chopped
- 4 Medium Potatoes -- Cubed
- 1 Teaspoon Mint -- Chopped
- 1/2 Pound Chanterelle Mushrooms -- Chopped
- 2 Large Pickled Jalapenos -- Chopped
- 1 Cup Beef Broth
- Parsley -- Chopped

Directions
|
Saute meat and onions in oil for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with flour, add tomatoes and simmer for 30 minutes. Add potatoes and mint. Simmer for another 30 minutes. Add broth if necessary. Add mushrooms and jalapenos, simmer for another 30 minutes and serve over rice or pasta, sprinkled with parsley.
