Ingredients
  • 1 Pound Mutton -- Cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Large Onion -- Chopped
  • 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth
  • 1/2 Cup Mushroom -- Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Olives -- Chopped
  • 5 Medium Potato -- Cubed
  • Parsley -- To Taste
Directions Saute mutton in oil for 5 minutes. Add onions and saute for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and paprika. Saute 1 minute. Add broth and simmer for 30 minutes. Add mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes. Add olives and bring to a boil. Add potatoes and simmer for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with rice or pasta.
