Bulgarian   -   Sultans Slices (Bulgaria)   adapted from World's Best Cookbook

  • 6 Slices Bread -- thick
  • 2 Medium Eggs -- beaten
  • Butter -- for frying
  • 6 Tablespoons Honey
  • Cinnamon -- to taste
Directions dip both sides of bread into egg. heat butter in large frying pan. fry slices until crisp and brown. place on individual plates. top each with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
