- 1 Pound Chicken -- Cubed
- 3 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
- 3 Large Leeks -- Chopped
- 2 Large Parsnips -- Chopped
- 1 Small Turnip -- Chopped
- Parsley -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 10 Cups Beef Broth
