Ingredients

- 4 Medium Salmon Steak
- 1 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Galangal -- Ground
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Cloves
- 2 Medium Eggs -- Beaten
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger

Directions
|
Bake salmon in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients together. Heat until sauce thickens. Pour over fish and serve.
