British   -   Bruet Salmene (Salmon In Sauce)   adapted from De Bors Hede Boke of Cookry

Ingredients
  • 4 Medium Salmon Steak
  • 1 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Galangal -- Ground
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Cloves
  • 2 Medium Eggs -- Beaten
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
Directions Bake salmon in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients together. Heat until sauce thickens. Pour over fish and serve.
