British   -   Connynges In Gravey (Chicken In Ginger Sauce)   adapted from De Bors Hede Boke of Cookry

Description  
Ingredients
  • 2 Pounds Chicken -- In 8 Pieces
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup Almonds -- Ground
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger
Directions Saute chicken until browned on both sides. Combine remaining ingredients and pour in. Simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with rice.
