Ingredients

- 2 Teaspoons Coriander
- 2 Teaspoons Caraway
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Clove Garlic -- Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Cups Red Wine
- 2 Pounds Pork Loin Roast
- 1 Cup Beef Broth

Directions

Marinate pork in coriander, caraway, pepper, garlic, salt and red wine overnight. Place pork in 325 degree oven for 2 hours. Bring broth to a boil in a small saucepan, add roast drippings and stir until it thickens. Serve over the roast.
