Ingredients
|
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Clove
- 1/2 Teaspoon Mace
- 2 Pounds Fish Fillet -- Salmon, Or Tuna
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions
|
Combine wine, vinegar, sugar, onions and spices in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes. Cut fish into portions. Saute fish until done, about 4 minutes per side. Serve sauce over the fish.
